We all love and care for our kids, and want the best for them, from schooling and extra mural activities, to babysitters and paediatritians.
Over the years we all formulate our essential "list" of doctors, care givers, teachers, instructors and other professionals whom we come to rely on as our children grow and develop. The goal of this website is for parents to share those all important contacts with each other, because together, we are stronger than alone.

Children love playing with brightly coloured beads and helping them to make bracelets for their little friends is a great way of practising those fine motor skills - and you save on Christmas presents!

Planning a beading project can be very rewarding for your child. They experience a great sense of accomplishment once they’ve completed the item.
Make sure you have a camera handy to catch the pride on their little faces as they watch their friends opening their gifts.
For very young children, use jumbo-sized chunky beads and thick cord. Make sure you supervise at all times to prevent toddlers from popping beads into their mouths.
Older children can use smaller beads in a variety of styles and colours and a thinner cord or elastic. The materials needed are fairly inexpensive and can be obtained from
craft stores or beading shops.
Friendship Bracelet
For a friendship bracelet, take a 10-inch length of elastic and put a stopper on the one end (a clothes peg will do). Let you child thread on the beads. Once he’s finished, take off the peg and tie the two ends together in a secure knot. The elastic will ensure the bracelet fits on any size wrist.
Key Pendent
To make a key pendent you will need about a 6-inch length of cord. Tie a double knot in the end to secure the beads. Once your child has threaded his selection of beads onto the cord, tie another knot at the other end and fasten on the key chain attachment, leaving the tail of the cord hanging.
