We provide a personalised service to busy families in need of an au pair. We help to determine what the family’s needs are and find suitable candidates.

Each candidate attends a one-on-one interview with ChildMatters, we check the references supplied on the candidates CV and should they be selected by a family, we train them before their starting date. We will ensure that the integration of the au pair goes smoothly by staying in touch and offering support along the way.
