Our first aid course is fully accredited by the Resuscitation Council of South Africa & covers CPR & choking in infants, children & adults as well as how to handle general first aid emergencies (burns, poisoning, bleeding, broken bones, snake bites etc); safety in & around the home & HIV awareness.

Parent Rescue. Our professional babysitting referral service eliminates the risk to your child, while greatly reducing your work and stress load.

Simply submit an online request form for a last minute, hassle free application and your local Parent Rescue Team will schedule a carefully screened Professional Sitter or Au Pair that meets all your requirements.

Parent Rescue is the "much cosseted baby" of two professional graduates within the Hospitality and Business Sectors, and we have made service excellence and your child's safety our main priority.

All Parent Rescue approved Sitters undergo an extensive interview process by your local Parent Rescue Team and intense background screening before acceptance onto the Parent Rescue Babysitting Panel. We also screen all our members to ensure the safety of our sitters.

The Sugar & Spice Nanny Training course has been running since January 2003.
