Madelaine de Klerk. I am particularly interested in the development of resources and successful coping strategies as key aspects to helping families support their children's early development and educational success.

More specifically my research interests are the effects of parental social support on children's early development and factors which contribute to a differential outcome in families that are within the same general area, and experience similar stressors.

Our centre consists of occupational therapists, speech therapists and 2 Psychologists that focus on all areas regarding childrens development.
